Do these actually exist? I see people mentioning them and some PR but not much else.

I've recently bought a Stanley CT 10 for £20 of ebay but i have a feeling that i have got the wrong staple gun as i cannot find 8mm white staples for it anywhere. All i can find are 10mm that are a little too big. On the side of the gun it says "use stanley ct10 series or arrow t25 staples" but the smallest i can find are 10mm. What size staples do you use for 8 core and which staple gun as this is driving me nuts. How hard can it be?

Hi all, just wondering what you guys are using for your engineers in the field for worksheets? we currently use a pdf document on a ipad opened in pdf expert you can fill in the information get the customer to sign it etc but its a bit clunky and some engineers fail to sync the sheets to the dropbox and sometimes overwrite sheets! I know give me strength!!!!!!!!!!!

  7. Hi guys I've been tasked with a project to restrict viewing of certain channels when viewing a camera over the WAN, it needs to have password encryption and safe enough so you cant just scan for different ports and stumble across another camera. my initial thoughts are ip cameras with user names and passwords together with different ports for each camera via port forwarding. Is anyone aware of a dvr that can be assigned different ports per channel with password per channel, I would like to cut costs and use analogue cameras if possible?

  10. Once again, not my work, but a look at the Abus Secvest alarm system, which is at least partially made by Cooper. The wireless protocol isn't significantly different to a Yale or Friedland DIY alarm - no rolling code, no encryption, no authentication. Vulnerable to replay attacks. http://sitsec.net/files/secvest_analysis.pdf This is a grade 2 alarm, but is a million miles behind something like a Pyronix Enforcer or Texecom Ricochet in terms of security.

  12. Nothing better than a nice days fishing . Then caught this Blueish thingy, called a Bullhead and is apparently poison filled and a spikey bastid. Also refused to give hook back despite several efforts. So now has added baggage. Bonce now burnt and arms to match , NO, no pics. Going out again tomorrow. Have to lose the impression of the sunglasses . Look like a bloody panda!!
