Hi all, just wondering what you guys are using for your engineers in the field for worksheets? 

 

we currently use a pdf document on a ipad opened in pdf expert you can fill in the information get the customer to sign it etc but its a bit clunky and some engineers fail to sync the sheets to the dropbox and sometimes overwrite sheets! I know give me strength!!!!!!!!!!! :hmm:

As per first post

Someone told me I was ignorant and apathetic, I don't know what that means, nor do I care.

We started using the alarm master mobile ap but kept losing connection so have gone back to paper, I have given some thought to the new andriod app from AM though

We are using PDF sheets and signmypad pro for the iPad. Then email to office and customer.

Started using a PDA and Reach with WINSIMS now Which syncs with customer database and calls etc.

still on paper here, want to change it, but havent got the time.

 

All scanned, which is another ball ache and precious time used up.

I really can't be ar**** with it anymore.

We used to use paper

1-copy for us( scanned then shredded)

2-copy for customer (usually lost)

3-copy that stayed in the book( kept for 6 month then shredded)

What a waste of paper.
