Ah I get it now , I did usual didn't read the stuff proper So it's code reset , does the software do it over the phone on this panel? Meaning read code code sequence etc

The bell output is normally high and drops when tirggered so it could be same as saying negative applied But if what your saying is a technical issue then it's weird as positive removed can mean it doesn't want to see ov either But probably basic SIM diallers are negative applied for trigger as many diallers and should work on the belloutput for trigger Try it perhaps hope you got plenty credit on the SIM

No2 is usually the way, but you could stay cover off and let it ring and just get on with it

How much is there service charge , probably the same and at that point have battery changed aswell , it's worth while overall
