  1. Put resistors into the spare zones on the panel , do it out of practice , although you can select from zone menu to not active or not in use
  2. Yeah but your hardcore alarm monkey who swings from alarm cable and all that
  3. I had trouble with one once , new cable tried different panel , but kept getting coms error on hkc ID , weird , it worked with wireless instead lol Although others worked with ID fine , I think newer stuff isn't as rigid as biscuits, and even using the common leg method on older galaxy boards , forget the model but mostly old ADT systems put well together , limited for upgrading though , not enough cores on each leg
  4. Have you looked at the log to see what is activating?
  5. Reminds me of a 9571 that would accept a wired expander until I removed the wireless expander , probably what your saying , I just got rid of the wireless was easier to wire everything up lol One day that ricochet will catch up
  6. Customers can be blagging though , I am expert
  7. Lol didn't spot that , could be cos they normally have negs together in the panel end He means you sure it's negative to negative and positive to positive
  8. Basically quote for new , same old thing where some companies keep old rubbish going Mainly because customer doesn't want to pay, it's not always adts fault , customer won't even repair some stuff Quote him a nice price somewhere you will a bit of money but don't waste time on old system that you will have trouble with
  9. Is the tamper switch closing? Stretch spring a little If you do some trial and error to prove the cable but putting the yellow and blue together in one terminal and then try it with the alarm red and black at the sensor end and see if and when the panel tries to set normally You get me?
  10. Maybe sounder is faulty , or bell trigger problem needs testing
  11. So before the doc gets here , what's the full setup , how many expanders in total etc
  12. Buy new , if cost of keypad is example £100 survey it's worth it to protect why you have system
  13. Lol good job , I had to read the manual few times to see if these details are not , classic Manual doesn't really cover any indicators in anyway , but then again as bad as some other alarm manuals
  14. You have symbols , not words , what happens if you use it same way , so the omit button would be second from left
  15. So you tried same positioned button?
  16. How else will you sell an alarm for £300, you got to buy cheap
  17. Depends if your buying Chinese stuff which don't give you correct readings What do you think
  18. I think they will do it , then orisec will be even bigger trouble lol , seeing as they copying designs off everyone else I like the ion now lol , prefer the abcd , for setting over the hkc nonsense short codes
