    I am going to change the board on Monday morning, I've managed to silence the keypad next to the bedroom they are okay with the other two keypads because they can shut the doors on them

    yes I commissioned it with the arc they received all the signals

    the log is only showing normal events like set unset etc. nothing looks out of place.

    I'm stuck with a Texecom Elite 48 panel that keeps beeping every minute, but it also keeps resetting the engineer code to 1234 I connected it to the ARC and it was commissioned working okay, but now it keeps beeping, the customer keeps ringing but I don't know how I'm going to solve it. Any Ideas? when they put the master code in no faults were showing

    I have checked the tamper and it seemed fine. I have decided to replace the wired module and it seems OK so far. Hopefully I won't have any problems with the new one

    HI Everyone I have a problem with a bell box randomly making noises it happens at random times and there doesn't seem to be any issues do you think this could be a battery issue? Thanks in advance for your help
