  1. I kept my potterton lynx 2 going for 15yrs or myself it was a right old beast , in the end just got a new boiler as old stuff has to go But you will still see old alarms being serviced by some companies because they get a contract a monthly fee and all the stuff If you had been on a contract you wouldn't get any upgrades for years on those controls by most But get it upgraded geezer might fail as soon as it's serviced.....
  2. Proper old collectors job
  3. Autodialer yes no problem , Just.keep in mind an old system can be fully motd and then die and there's nothing the pro can have done about it , So get some quotes in dude
  4. Think the enforcer monkeys on extra holidays so keeping you busy until they reply lol
  5. You try power cycling?
  6. So is something polling and failing to connect Check all your network settings PS don't forget bell needs to be in scb mode and if it doesn't have it , get one that does
  7. Yes maybe Digi but I thought enforcer can't have both , you have to remove one card to fit other
  8. I don't really know this panel , you have put on exit wireless that might be causing this? Not sure about the settings just talking general blag if you get me ...... Or perhaps you have created areas or groups or whatever they are on the panel more blag
  9. Have you disconnected one zem at a time to see if one removes the fault I suppose you don't have any detailed info on the error?
  10. Of course if you forget to set and get done over , insurance won't pay you a penny You save £150 on your premium a year and insurance saves £15k on payout It does happen
  11. You can't leave , don't be a silly Billy Be Billy no mates like me
  12. On a side note , your not a nut case r you? One day we may become real alarm monkies , land on a beach remember that scene from planet of the apes Nooooooooo You were only supposed to blow the bloody doors off hoo hoo hoo
  13. I thought it was a compliance thing , it being in certain sections of most programming on many panels, meaning the Prox unset restrict keypad blah blah
  14. Not sure if you install the q70 but odd how the new Honeywell wafer type won't work with them , but they work with the remote keypads And yes your new grey ones work very well many lol they seemed to have fast response compared to rest Haha another negative , what a muppet
  15. I never understood Prox unset Why isn't it Prox set , code unset or I probably confused anyway lol
  16. Y the negative lol It is fact if you use a fob somewhere else and then use it on a texe it will delete what you did before or something like that And depends on your definition of standard fobs , copy fobs lol pretty standard if you ask me
  17. Just connect the trigger to the bell trigger
  18. Ok I put them on loads of doors rear only , never had an issue , (hkc) always found Honeywell versions more of a mission to setup Although loud enough fireworks seems to make window versions gross attack lol
  19. Even back doors?
  20. I thought standard fobs work, and only a problem if you have it programmed to more than one system ?
  21. Lol check your spelling up top be surprised if anyone understood it
  22. Like what?
