  1. So these have a little screw holding board in I think, you could take pic, remove 12v tape up and in turn each one tape up separately Then take board out only and swap over with other Some might say upgrade the pirs anyway and scrap it ......
  2. What pirs are they, picture? If it's possible you could remove the power tape them up and then swap boards over etc
  3. Yes , you don't have to use engineer hold off though , be careful with the power connections tape them to be safe and take a picture of how it was wired

  6. You have two power supplies? One for cameras one for recorder? What do you mean lost all night vision? Do you mean you had day pictures but no pictures at night? Maybe power supply being overloaded when ir lamps come on , so possibly power fault
  7. As the bods here taught me both have there uses , 24vac can be used further

  9. I would say if you have time make a note of how it's wired, written and pictures Then wire up front bell as a single unit and try and get it to work Or if you really think it's front battery , change it, it's cheap And as above can you do this right...

  14. Do you have engineer code? Do you have installation manual? Does the walk route from zone 3 go via any other zones apart from zone 1 ?

  19. You could in such and old system add a remote if the facility or local engineer is able to do it , if it has a key switch , with a few circuits added on
  20. Your in crack Cheaper to add wireless zones to house 20m doesn't mean anything , may I suggest you read your requests lol and don't be sensitive not trying to be smarty lol
  21. Ok fair enough fraggle , so your not interested in adding a wireless zones to the garage which maybe cheaper on longer run, if system is maintained as you say will be not much more expensive on service
