Does anyone know the frequency for the Pyronix tags? Assumed 125khz but....?

Can we rename the blocks ? Can't see it in software.

I may be putting two and two together, but does anyone think that the lack of product availability from suppliers like Honeywell may be related to the Chinese government suspending some manufacturers for pollution? I had a strange email from a supplier saying that they were not allowed to talk about it!

I’ve never understood how/why Scantronic name their different control panels. For example a Pyronix Euro 46 has 46 zones. A Galaxy 96 has 96 zones. Simple. Scantronic 9651 has 8 zones. Someone please enlighten?

As title, has anyone got manual. im quoting to change controls but the whole estate has them and I’m probably going to get asked from one of neighbors.

Which options allows for the keypad to be disabled during entry please? I cannot find the option to enable or disable this

New install but old panel used and upgraded to V4. New type Nano IP/3G. Sends signals as normal upto circuit 10 then takes minutes to send the rest (upto 32). Tried (not me specifically): Disconnect IP and try over 3G only - same result. Replaced panel PCB - same result. Downgrade to 3.02 - same result. Replaced WebWay for an old Smart - same result. Crashed and start from fresh - same result. Panel log shows all circuits activating no problem and no delay. How can you leave this in this state...?

I need to add a door sensor to a panel which during normal day hours chimes at normal volume, but outside of those times the volume is lower. Anyone know if this is possible (night mode maybe?)

Using the Pyronix Insite software it is now very easy to connect to a Euro46 that is connected to the cloud. How would you prevent an ex-employee connecting and altering the settings/programming? I presume this is something to do with the security level being normal or high?

Has anyone installed a Webway onto the new Pyronix 280 pane? Currently doing a new site and when I went to plug Webway onto panel found Pyronix have removed the on board 232 so had to but 232 module then I could not get it to send siganls. Waiting to hear back from Pyronix.

I have programmed V2 Tel, which as far as I can tell and after calling the installer support, seems to all be programmed right. I have tested dialling out from V2 which works fine, all numbers correctly programmed, I am guessing I'm missing something with the trigger to push the communicator to make a call. I'm struggling with this, any Pyronix installers that use these can help? Many thanks...
