Doing some servicing recently as we're behind.. Came across this, I remember doing it - good idea or *****?

Did one of these a few years ago but couldn't for the life remember how to do it, thought gardtec tec were available sat morn, but not rang them for a while, so can anyone shed some light on defaulting? otherwise i'll give them call 1st thing mon.

What's code default procedure please, also why is b indicator permanently lit?

Did a security lighting job today, they had a dead (yet property only built late 2010) system. It had a Menvier MKP2/3 type keypad (dead) but to my complete surprise the CCU is the same size (i.e. small, square) as a Scanny 9651. I didn't realise Menvier ever did systems with compact CCUs? Bellbox is a no-name so it could be a Frankensystem... If so, does this narrow the model down to one? Customer made vague enquiries into a quote for getting it fixed but said it had never been on since they moved in and no manuals.

Is such a thing available? A customer with an optima panel wants a G2 system...so I've said their existing panel alone doesn't comply.

It's me don't want to do any work . com So I can keep up the "work as little as possible " / "blagger" Going to make an adjustment for someone on a 9651 , why can they not adjust the entry timer on part set b c and d, from manual and memory last time I looked at one of these , you could adjust each one through menus , but he says he keeps getting some odd number come up 2000-4 something like that Is it because of entry route response or something? Also mentioned on b setting for part set , front door triggers full alarm instead of entry timer

dudes! i have a enforcer with remote keypad from what i am told on the phone and few wireless devices to look at tomorrow problem - fail set message when customer returns, although exit timer starts when they leave only thing he told me was he changed a couple of batteries and no tamper lights present, so i assume for some reason the exit is not terminating no engineering codes of course, but i seen the tip about shorting pins etc and lets you in but which pins is it referring to , manual doesn't number them like that? any pointers? i have never touched one of these before

Asking for someone else - never even seen an Agility so have no idea .. He already has GSM module but only appears to work 2G - is there a 3G module or plans to release one?

Help! Have come home hoping to have a quiet potter about setting up an SPC panel for a job tomorrow. Not only is the current firmware version 3.2.5 which is ancient in real terms, the latest being 3.6.6 I believe, I hear that even if you upgrade you then need the absolute latest SPC Connect for it to work! 3.2.5 also uses SSL3.0 so needs to be upgraded regardless Does anyone have those to hand, even though I've been on the course etc... you can't download them from Vanderbilt, it would seem, crap or what!

Yo How far can the 9943 keypad be wired ?

hi on my honeywell galaxy 60 panel i have had for a long time a message 'attn grps off sys op impact' when exiting the engineers mode, im sure there is a setting in the menu somewhere but i havent a clue what this means, im assuming its a communication setting but not sure does anyone know what this means please? thanks

I have the enforcer home control panel and have been testing it with the gprs/CSL sim combo and all working fine. I have now come to test/play with the wireless keypad. Connected all fine and works perfect when using pin codes. So I then moved onto testing with prox tags with the wireless keypad and have found it to have a mind of its own. Sometimes it reads the tag and most of the time it just beeps and ignores the tag (yes I know you have to wake the keypad unless in entry). Tried other tags I have all the same. They work perfect on the panel itself first time every time. The odd time when presented to wireless kp it has also brought up "invalid tag" on the …

got a manual in front of me but cant seem to find how to reset the engineer code on a HKC sw-1070? any help please?
