Trade Control Panels

I’m interested in looking at the Orisec 10 zone panel using a touch screen remote keypad with WiFi. couple of questions, to allow access via app I assume I would need panel, coms boards and WiFi module. also to flush mount touch screen do you need to buy extra fitting. any one with experience of the touch screen? Any good? also how much for this kit? has my interest at the minute thanks Kev

Is the fartcom locked to the control panel once enabled ? I had a fartcom my premises panel & the same fartcom won't connect the the fartcom cloud on a different premier 24 ?

Hi There Have a question about testing the outputs on a Galaxy flex panel - Installed digiair pro -- connected the pins to galaxy triggermodule 1-8 -- want to test them would I need to menu 53 control ops -- and go through to test the relevant outputs to check they are going out to arc correctly there are 8 pins on the trigger module but theres 80 odd outputs do i need to assign them ? any help is much appreciated Kind regards

I assume I can't put time conditions onto a user code, so they can't unset before a certain time ?

what was the last euro with iD, I'm thinking Euro One v7 ? (I want to update a 44+ with iD to provide udl but can't move away from castle) many years ago, the Euro's used to have metal boxed zem's would these work on Euro 46 ? (need to replace water damaged 44+ which is all EOL but old zems) is there any difference in PCX zem's / Euro Zem's ? (my sub has bought a building with vandalised Secom controls, retaining all powered zem will make it an easy job)

Just taken over an enforcer, should have been straight forward, it was showing low bat we replaced them all everything was fine. That night/next morning the front door goes into supervision fault. We go back next day replace battery (cant see anything wrong with it) all okay. Door contact stopped working on entry. This morning its gone into supervision again. I know Pyronix are a bit crap (engineers on th FB forums are constantly wingeing about them) but is there a trick for this, or a known issue?

Hi all, Have an install where will use a expander to add 1 detector and a roller door contact to a garage/stores - 100m from the main building where the panel/kp is - no kp specced in this new area so don't want to have to keep walking back and forth - i see in the 8xp there is a socket for engineers keypad for which i would need a lead for. I was planning on just connecting a kp to the network out of the 8xp setting address and setting it up like that. just wondering if there is any advantage having an 'engineers kp' with the lead? Regards

I've smart on th e bench on 64-w live it generates an app code - 269321 pop app code + 5768 into a smart phone & try to connect then spits out the error message "unable to login no response from smartcom"

Good evening guys, Any thoughts about this? I imagine there's a setting on the keypads which restrict the menus, but I can't find it! When I enter any new code - engineers, or any level of user, I get a single reject tone sounding. Thanks in advance!

We have the odd one or two visonic powermax panels out there takeovers and a couple that I installed free as a charity giveaway auction and one that I installed for a my friend's wife after he died of cancer and she was burgled while at his funeral. When the bbox battery has gone flat on these panels, the engineers have gone to replace them and found that the bell wont work, and so we have had to replace the bell. I havent worried too much about this as it means we sell more stuff . But its now happened to my mates wife, the engineer too the bell down and it works when next to the panel, but not when its on the front of the house, does anyone know what we cou…
