Hi there guys don't do much towards older g2 20 reset factory defaulting as normally. Install fresh panels but I've moved an original panel from downstairs to the upstairs and rewired it completely but I've tried the defaulting procedure that I could remember from years ago when I last reset one but it's not defaulting so think. I'm. Missing something in the process does anyone have a known default method that works with g2 20 panels many thanks

Is there a way to make the hkc warn before auto setting like the dimension does ?

Am I missing something on the Pyronix V2 GSM. I am trying to connect a remote Mic onto the unit as it says it supports 1 remote mic. I have an aritech RD3000 microphone and have 12v to the RD3000. The Mic terminal on the RD3000 connected to the +12M terminal on the V2 GSM but i am not getting any audio. Anyone have any ideas?

been testing these not quite the same range as the normal ones struggled passed 1200m

Moved to Orisec about a year ago but having problems with our lightsys/Agility systems now which is doing my head in! faults appear..... customer phones then they disappear... this has happened when on site! We have older panels CPX, 595 etc that are fine. Thank god I ditched Risco!

Over the last 3 months iv been called out about random faults on these panels fitted by several companies mostly sparks tbh. Some faults have just reset and I can’t find anything wrong and never had a problem since. Some Agility panels just locked up.... then reset themselves... Thank god I stopped installing after about 6 lightsys installs as the programming even UDL was a nightmare.

I did'nt want it but now have a menvier M40 on the books ? As its all radio devices it gonna be too pricey to rip it out & stamp on it.... What are the batteries in the radio devices, I have - SMC with Shock 1 x cr123 Pir 2 x Alkaline AA DT 3 x Alkaline AA Ewd 2 x 3V Alkaline or 1 x 7.2V Lithium (WFT) RKP ? An M40 will UDL with a webway nano & cooper downloader ? Assuming I have the right lead, & setup in remote manger ?

Just at a customers typically on a Saturday, factory defaulted a Pyronix Enforcer panel. Everything works fine, checked the panel is polling to the cloud, all OK. He has a Hik DVR and I knew that Pyronix had recently launched their app to combine the 2. Logged in to the Pyrnix account OK and can see tha panel OK, but when I try to connect using the 6 digit user code and app password (both of which work OK), I get prompted to go to pyronixcloud.com and authorize the phone. So I go to the website, login, look at the panel but cannot see any option to add or authorize a phone. Any ideas on how to do this? I downloaded the manual and also watched the tutorial…

Well, I've broken a record I think. 10 hours to install a fully wireless system. Ok, the initial party went well, but getting the Procontrol app to work is being a nightmare. I got it hooked to the router several times, but I cannot get it to stay linked - or I certainly cannot get the app to find the system. I imagine it's something straightforward (hope so), as I'm currently so far out of pocket with this job it's unreal! (I'm not being paid for it until it's all working) The system indicates a very strong internet signal when I connect it, but when I get it to check the wifi it says it cannot find it. Any tips please?
