If I add a wireless expander to the system in addition to the on board wireless expander I assume I get an increase in the wireless range of the system regardless of the fact the device where learned onto the panels wireless receiver ?

I have P168 which does weird shit- Expander drops for no known reson Started doing com300 fault, it not signalled via modem for 10 years.... Can I move P168 v7.3 to PE 6.x & move the programming via wintex ?

Do the com ports on PE48's fail as I appear to have a couple of Emizon's on pins which drop off UDL ?

PE24, with plug on 8 zone expander + dualcom Part finished system, "working" on Tuesday, set on Wednesday would not set on Thursday.... This replaced a risco agility as completely wired system, they a using a single 4 digit shared code no. (for now) When entered the master could asked if you want to set the system, pressing yes & it did nothing Don't you love alarms SIte has been hand programmed, adding a new user did nothing either udl keypad or wintex Defaulting all user & putting a code back in works

Plaggy tat like a P64-w Can I use a smartcom with a sim like a digiair / dualcom ? Do texecom do a wireless internal speaker ?

I normally wang texecom psu2000xp's in I'm tinkering with someone else's tat they've 8xp's in place with lack of volts as they are in suspended ceiling... Can I wang a psu200o in next to the expander & ignore any voltage or battery monitoring ? The install is probably G2 (if you turn a blind eye)

hi just a query as ive setup tags to set the alarm system on my alarm panel. but when presenting the tag to arm the panel the keypad says press any key and after pressing any key the system sets just fine and unsets fine, the query is on g2 g3 etc the keypad doesnt say press any key but this panel version being the older 60 does and what do i need to do to make the alarm set without having to press any key thanks

I've been asked to look at an adt panel, but I don't recognise it. Is it feasible to crash the panel and reprogram? Are they good panels? I am undecided about whether to just replace the system or recommission it.
