I have a fault on this system and hope someone will be able to help me. I have posted details on the to GJD via the technical support page on their website but have had no response. I have a GJD Sapphire Mk3 controller to which are connected two Opal XL pirs and LED floods - one at the back of the house and one at the front. When one sensor detects movement both floods come on - not ideal but it's OK . The light a the rear of the house now doesn't come on although it works when switched manually, but both pirs appear to be working because they trigger on the controller shows them and the sounder triggers. Any suggestions would be gratefully received.

Hi guys, Anyone ever had an enforcer not learning any devices? Got a panel, holding it next to a few devices and none are being learned. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Hi all, I need to quote replace an existing knackered flat intercom system, 6 flats & limited cores at the intercom so thought of using a 2 wire system. I've used Videx in the past and rated them but age old thing client doesn't always want to pay / wants options I would need vandal resistant intercom & its audio (no video requirement) Any one used any other good 2 wire gear? If so where is a good place to purchase / price up? Thanks In advance

Hello all. It’s been a while, my Honeywell SL compact has gone a bit mental again. PIR was triggered in an outbuilding and in an attempt to silence it, we seem to have slipped into programming mode (i think) and for the life of me cannot get out of this mode. Please if anyone is familiar with this system - and can assist in walking me out of the current state back into Day mode....? I would be forever great full.....

Hi I just installed a texecom premier elite metal panel but the screw nut has snapped so lid wont fasten, any ideas what to use instead? Can you get replacement?

i understand it takes time to check a user for vetting ect, is there anything i can do to help the process I've applied to the vetting PM however it hasn't been seen? Anything to help the process of getting trade access?

Hi I am wondering if anybody can advise. I have recently fitted a new alarm with outdoor Aztec Bell Box. In my old house I had the Texecom bell box and when completing maintenance on it, I could put it into hold off mode (strobe flash x3) and it would not activate on its battery, even when disconnecting mains supply to it. The instructions on this Aztec says it has the hold off mode, however I am wondering will it also apply if I disconnect the mains supply, or is this just for opening the outside lid. i.e is the only way to stop the Aztec from activation on its battery if mains is disconnected, by turning the jumper within the box to 'no connect'. My parents new home has an old Hilclare 1011 alarm installed. There are no instructions - does anyone know how we can get hold of some ? Also, is there anything behind the door - which seems to be held in place with a screw ? Is it safe to remove screw and open the door while still connected to mains ? Until they understand how to work it they would like to turn off the mains to the unit - but can't see how to do this - is the switch in the box perhaps ? Any help much appreciated please

My electric box was being changed and my alarm wont work since the electric was switched off whilst they changed the box. My keypad doesnt have a screen and it wont work can anyone help
