    Hi i have installed an ade gen 4 i have 1 door contact and 2 pirs i have zone 1 as the door contact zone 2 as 1 pir which you have to pass to get to the panel zone 3 is a pir at the rear of the property i have programed it to program 1 my problem is when i walk test zone 1 zone 3 lights up as well and visa versa the door contact has 2 wires and each pir has 6 wires with the taps wired in series to the tamp teminals adjacent to zone 8 any ideas what i could have done wrong is i a programming problem? thanks in advance

    I'm keen to see what makes other system designers go for grade 3 over grade 2. Up until 6 months ago I found the kit so much hassle I would try and steer towards grade 2 but now the new CQR Grade 3 Contacts are the same size as the old kit and masking seems to have improved on detectors I'm rethinking my cut off points / risks between grade 2 and 3. Please let me know your thoughts and ideas

  5. Meaning what is for whatever reason, money no object. IMO for me id say its the C&K 8140s or the napco C100 15m i know both are pre EN oh well

    Mate got this last week, just been running around locally seeing what its like. For those that may be interested, 1.3 mini metro automatic engine. CX500 Honda front end. Set up with linked brakes. Previous owner had lost one arm. Owner now is London rep for NADB ( National Association for Disabled Bikers). I help him out on runs ect. Not a bad way to spend the afternoon:D

    today it was twating freezing, I spent part of the day outside doing cameras I suspect my deicer (holts) is halal as I'm certian it contains no alcohol, I had to resort to using pepsi to return home, The trees where all covered in frost, upvc frames & doors too, the internal brick work of single brick wall had ice on the inside!, the alloy ladders where frozen too! Can't we have gobal warming back ?
