when your working for another company under subcontracting - how much do you usually charge - and how (ie per day - per install etc)

Does any body have a copy of a spread sheet i can lookat as an idea to do my own for my accounts, I wont be copying it just need some ideas on what info it should contain. guys in advance. lee

Any suggestions on increasing our customer base, especially maintenence contracts. Apart from time and recomendations what has worked for you in the past? Quality work is good for us but doesnt allways meet the targets set by myself and the accountant. Just a quick one,how much do you guys pay for bell stickers and where do you get then from....was considering having sirens screen printed but on a take over if customer wont stomach cost of a new siren a bell sticker would come in handy!!!!!!

Hi guys, iam considering hiring a sales rep to go out and try and bring some more work in, what i want to know is does anyone on here employ a sales rep and if so how much do you pay them, i was thinking of recruiting a rep on a 3 month commision only trial (10% commission) and then after 3 months offer them a package including vehicle etc, what do you guys think? and where do you think is the best place to advertise this vacancy?
