Sorry, dont think i explained properly.

Ive worked previously or security companies, albeit covert , and have installed various systems from cctv to radar/microwave based sensors. The domestic side of he business is all new to me, apart from the mentioned friends and family installs

The thing is is all good and well setting up a buddy arrangement with another company for when you are on holiday but when not on holiday can one person (if a sole trader starting up) be on call for 365 days a year -holiday. This is something that i have always been thinking about getting round.

At my last company we used to cover another companys call outs and they paid us a fixed amount per month per site for this. Im not sure how much they paid for this.
