gupster
The thing is is all good and well setting up a buddy arrangement with another company for when you are on holiday but when not on holiday can one person (if a sole trader starting up) be on call for 365 days a year -holiday. This is something that i have always been thinking about getting round. At my last company we used to cover another companys call outs and they paid us a fixed amount per month per site for this. Im not sure how much they paid for this.
