hello i need help with my panel outputs that i have set up they run flood lights when a zone is entered the relays switch on but whould like them only to run between 3:30pm and 7:30am can this be done with control timers also they only work when the system is set my panel is a premier 48 and i am using wintex to progam the panel

can any one help me with a new panel i have to fit its a premier 48 panel that needs to switch on some flood lights when the zones are entered has 16 jones as guard 1 as guard accress and 1 as entry / exit all to switch lights on when the system is set only but needs to go active when some one goes though any zone but before the alarm goes into alrm state????.

Does anyone know what has happened to the ADE Website, we recently took over an ADE Accenta 8 systems which works well, but the keypad is worn, we want to replace but the only ADE Keypad advertised is the Accenta G8, which we do not use. My wife and i have just emmigrated to Australia. Trying for a better way of life I thought I would get work easily. I had subbied out here back in 1999 and earnt a rather large barrel of cash. Since then the industry has been tightened up tighter than the proverbial by the electrical trade unions. You now are expected to be a grade a sparks to go near a panel containing 24vdc and be registered by the telecomms industry as a phone line may be connected to a monitoring bit of kit connected to the panel. I have dealt with the telecoms side and have my ACMA licence but cannot become a sparks unless i do a 4 year apprentiship. In the Uk i ran large

Ventcroft are in the middle of redesigning our complete range of bell boxes and are looking for feedback from installers as to what are the current requirements and features that are needed for todays installations (Its been 10 years since I last done an install and I'm sure things have changed since then). Currently we see the market place split up into three distinct sectors. these are 1) DIY installations. (I.E. not to any British Standards, or Insurance requirements) a) Classic 'C' type design (I.E Strobe at the bottom of a vertical bell box) B) Only White/Blue colour option c) No cover over the electronics or the Strobe lens is the cover (I.E. No names, No prices but why are 12v (alarm)battery load testers so expensive. Does the prices go down after the over 7 year patent rule finishes? Has anyone been to the USA and checked if anything similar and cheaper is on sale there or in fact anywhere else in the world.
