Hope there is someone out there who can help....

I had the SecuriGuard II alarm system installed a few years ago, the company who supplies this alarm was FAI Home security, i cannot get in contact with this company or it's installation personnel, every number i have been given, i have tried, i do not know if they still exist or gone into receivership

the securiguard II was supplied with a RADIO KEY (remote control key), this has now stopped functioning, i have changed the battery in the radio key, and it still does not want to turn the ALARM ON OR OFF, I have read the manual time and time again, i and have found that there is nothing wrong with the SecuriGuard, but the fault is with the Radio key.

I need to have the Radio Key checked.

Does anyone know if the company still exists, or does anyone, i.e. resellers sell these products.
