  11. Yes great he's on the ball, now you know you can't get engineers code so easy and have no choice but to pay someone , it's great he's back on track and your persistence has paid off

If he isn't approved that answers the cert question Other than that , no company has to give you an engineer code , but you could pay them to do a hand over Seem your ready to DIY it , so then you don't need an installer? Yellow man what's chances this system is locked? Or can a other installer get round that?

  15. Are you the engineer? Or you need to contact the engineer , thought you need them to connect to cloud? Is it because risco has started charging and you have been disconnected?

I think the hikvision bell with wired bell connection is good And if you have a bit more money then the comlit vista which has an onboard relay is good to But both versions are an electrician nightmare lol , but they seem to fit the Veritas ok lol Ring is just made for the diyers especially the WiFi version on battery pack , you unplug it charge it put it back , other version is two wires and your done

  19. You have spare cable put the same sensor on a fly lead and experiment if you like

  22. No b- isn't tamper return , look at list A wire that came back to bt was the tamper return possibly black if nothing was changed from your original picture
  23. Also you should go for eol now rather than later otherwise you won't do it And get a ladder for the bellbox learn to balance with drill screwdriver and bellbox
  24. So just to go from panel to panel if that makes sense Bt is tamp BA is trigger B+ is 12v STB is strobe B- is 0v I think lol
