Scantronic 9448 alarm, I need to omit the entry/exit point, how do I do this?

Hello all,i'm new in this field and im using a sensor Honeywell DT-7235T and i want to connect alarm with it,the sensor is working when i plugged but when it try to connect the alarm with it doesn't trigger !anyone can help !they are 4 pins 2 for power and 2 for alarm and there is also the tamper ?should i connect the tamper to trigger the alarm ?thanks for help.

Hi I'm looking at installing an I-ON30R. In the past I've had an original i-on40, but I see the current 30R come with web interface and app. My question is the app and online access/features free to use or is there an ongoing monthly/annual charge? Also, is there any more info or a demo of the camera integration?

Hi - hoping for a bit of help, as I am worried I may have bitten off a bit more than I can chew! I currently have an old Pyronix Euro46 box (v6 - about 13 years old) - with 1 x wired keypad, 1 x wired door sensor, 4 x wired PIRs, 1 x wired bell. I want to upgrade the panel - and for budget reasons was hoping to do it myself, as I’m usually a fairly competent DIY’er. I have bought a Pyronix Enforcer V11 + Expander ZEM8 and have been working through the wiring diagrams to make sure I understand everything. My current system wiring is pictured. I think I understand most of it, but wanted to see if anybody could give me a steer on a couple of points.…

Hi Just need a little help, my scantronic 9930 keypad has numerous faulty keys. If I replace the keypad would I need to reprogamme the alarm system? Jamie

Hi All Around 2010 I had a Risco Agility (version 2 I think) alarm installed and it has worked swimmingly ever since. At the end of last year I popped some new batteries in the external sounder but couldn't clear the 'low battery sounder' warning on the display, (changing the batteries were the limits of my skills!) so I called in an alarm company to save the day. The alarm company (well, a lone guy working for himself) changed my new batteries in the sounder (advising that it's better to use well known branded batteries) and cleared the low battery code on the system. We inherited a Texecom Premier Elite 48 W Live alarm system when we bought our current house a few months ago. We were left no instructions or manuals and don't know who installed it. It has never worked and just displays a message ' System Alerts' and then when we enter the code we were given the message reads ' You need a user to enable access'. We tried Texecom who refused to help suggesting we contact one of their installers. We have emailed tow installers and had no replies. So before we confine the system to the bin, can anyone here assist with information about how we reset the system and get it working. Here's hop…

Hi, we had a power cut earlier and when the electrics came back on my alarm appeared faulty. The tamper led light is on and 2 of the motion sensors make the alarm go off for a second. I’ve temporarily put tape over the sensors so the alarm is not going off, but is there anything to do to reset it? It is an Ademco Accord control panel. Thanks

I've been sent to change the engineer code to an Orisec system I have the existing engineer code, but without putting it on default I cannot see where I can change one eng, code with another one. Hi all, Our SL Compact alarm has been working perfectly. I went to put the alarm on as usual on the way out and the keypad was unresponsive but still lit up. The 'Attack' light is lit up but inputting the code doesn't do anything. No tone. Nothing. Only when I press PA - 49 together, it allows me to press buttons with an audible tone. The alarm sounds and then it goes back to 'Attack' and unresponsive. I've attached some photos including one of the panic button. Nothing has changed, the alarm hasn't been activated, so any help will be appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, I wonder if anyone can offer any help. I have a HKC SW-10270 system installed with LAN Card, I was wondering if anyone knows of any way to integrate this with Home Assistant? The system uses a mix of wired and wireless sensors. I'm not looking to be able to Arm/Disarm through HA, but would like to be able to read the zone/sensor information and if there's an activation or if the system is armed etc. I was originally looking at the SIA Protocol, but from what I can see online that's something more to do with the DTV module and not a LAN card? Hi i have a ademco microtech accord xpc i believe and want to replace it wirh new keypad and control board. Would like to keep the existing sensors and wiring. The keypad on this one is not responding properly and the fuse is blowing on the panel every 6 months or so. Thanks

Hi, we have a SL Compact 3 alarm system, our door contact which is the back door that is also the entry/exit zone so gives so many seconds when setting the alarm and also entry to turn it off isn't working. Door contact replaced and working as set beep on opening and closing it, I've tried to follow the manual the alarm guy left us but haven't a clue. Also we have a switch on the landing that we are able to set the alarm on a night and disarm it in the morning this isn't also working as I think I've messed with the setting on that by mistake. Hi, I've a Prem Elite 88 v4 which,. Following adding an additional output (which activates a relay based on a control timer) via Wintex, the system has started Chirping on the Panel speaker and Keypads when ANY output is activated...it never used to do this and I don't recall changing any settings which could cause this, I did change the Output system text for output 3 from blank to 'Night Timer', I tried blanking it but the chirp remains. ' I can Silence these Chirps by disabling the Service Tones, however to avoid suppressing other notifications, I'd prefer to just silence the Chirp where an output is triggered.
