That time is once again upon us for these get togethers, chatting on site during a pub meal paid for by the contractor in thanks to all, i was chatting with the sparks. Last place he worked for on the cards, he is seated at the meal, and notices the guy who he really don't like and was seated next to him had left the room and left his jacket on the back of the chair. So this sparks decides to would be fun to cram his own meal into this guys jacket pocket, leaving it leaking gravy Trouble was, this disliked guy had swapped seats with his governor - and thats why he is no longer working on the cards for that company- whoops! .

Last night at 3am and 4am my GardTec Gt 490x alarm alarmed with the display message battery fault. I was able to stop it by setting the alarm? Today have replaced the battery and all seemed welll, all the fuses seemed in tact. However, today the alarm has now gone off again with the display saying. "LOUNGE L. !!!!!!!! Check !!!!!!" and the alarm will not reset. The movement sensor in the lounge does not flash when approached unlike all the other sensors. I was not able to turn off any zones last night. The outside alarm box is also flashing with the blue light. Help please. Thank you in advance.

Hi, Can anyone recommend a burglar alarm installer in the Lancashire area (I live in Preston)?. I am aware there are a number of local companies advertised but would prefer a recommendation. As I am profoundly deaf, I would need some form of visual indication that the alarm has gone off, certainly in my bedroom so this is not a conventional installation. I would also require notifications sent to my mobile when the alarm is triggered. Many thanks, Darren

I now have several panels that can use prox tags to arm/disarm. Learning the tags is fine, that all works. However, if I present an unlearnt tag to the panels, nothing happens. No warning, no response at all. If I present all four unlearnt tags to the panel, nothing. What's to stop me brute forcing the prox tag? Is there any lockout at all?

Hi All! I hope you don't mind me posting this but Blast Films may need you! CCTV STORIES Have you got a story to tell that involves CCTV? Do you have CCTV or has it played an important role in your life at some point? Has it been used to protect you or your family? Are you using it as evidence in a court case? Do you enjoy recording your pet while out at work? Or have ever spied on your kids to make sure they’re doing their homework? Have you used it to prove a point in neighbourho…
