  1. I can't remember exactly but you need to delete the radio device right ? You sure your in correct menu?
  2. Devices menu add/delete?
  3. You sure nothing dropped out of it ? Have a look at the case how it closes the tamper? Or eBay seconds ?
  4. As above just take it apart and switch it all off bit by bit , I would start with switching off mains , the disconnect battery, mean while your external bell and perhaps internal bell might being going lunatic stylee , hopefully you already have your ladders setup and ready to smash it to bits if it doesn't play ball Btw if old panel still works , leave it in place and set up your new system on the bench , set it up in how you want it to generally work and then install it after , unless your confident anyway , you can still rip out old one
  5. All products will have some kind of support from the installer , unless the panel is being blocked from services for some reason but this is highly unlikely, I see really old panels still connected to servers various models in different manufacturers ranges , it's not within there interest to disconnect them However if it's a free app service then maybe an old version panel you would knock if it and don't care, but orisec haven't grown big enough do that yet I would have thought? Anyways get installer to get support if it works on WiFi it should work on lan
  6. Why can't he just get orisec to help him? They have trade support, that seems best to me as you haven't dropped him
  7. Delta turbo is the one , I passed on a few years ago, and see the prices now.............
  8. Dude just use the alarm until you can't , why you need confin software to connect when you can manually do it all? I would say bin it you sound like a competent diyer ....
  9. You mean it has rs485 or 232 or something like that? Or specifically says keyboard input in back of machine The protocols can be selected on keyboards and the hikvision ones all usually work
  10. Keypads you should realistically have an issue with Panel web management should drop out when left idle , but they are flaky anyway They discontinued often then on the 40 range ......
  11. Convertors only for the cvi stuff right? Most other or some recorders can do ip tvi an ahd ?
  12. Lol no be serious, £65-100 They sold like hot cakes , to much hikvision on the market allows the stuff to sell
  13. I bought loads of these of norbain couple years back maybe 200 at £15 each , sold them on eBay
  14. Sounds like your going to need lots of liability insurance ?
  15. No Only if panel nvm faulty so unlikely
  16. I always over spec , buy in and use everything on next install , the next install I have also over spec, not by allot but a bit , then occasionally have to buy more in until I over spec again
  17. Local jobs include it Otherwise agree something unless you got very good day rate regardless then can include fuel provided not having to travel every day , digs might work cheaper
  18. Minimum you need is the Neg -ve Pos +12v - bell trigger And have the bell set to SCB mode , and make sure the bell tamper is correctly removed , I think you need the switch though for bell to work
  19. What about the negative ? You still need it
  20. Why not just remove mains and battery and let it restart?
  21. What did you programme it as , you have a meter to see what output is doing?
  22. And the classic is most classes either online or they watch recorded lessons or go once or twice a week , that way numbers and capacity is up , they make more money and dish out the degrees Probably good what they done with the GCSE grading system , only pandemic had delayed it a little , atleast it will correct all these a stars that every student seems to get
  23. I thought it had become that, definitely not the cream going to uni these days , anyone can get a degree and anyone can get a master's
