What siren and strobe You could use an 8core , keep the power to Rio from the keypad power and the separate power for the strobe and siren

This happened on windows 10 aswell , you need to mess about with drivers and windows settings , I don't really know why it happened to me but flaffed around and got into work in the past So glad I don't have to use RSS anymore

Well seems seems the panel uses a common and then zone legs With the flex you can use two wires for power plus and minus , and then two wires for the zone What pirs are you using , perhaps a picture of those aswell will be helpful, Did you get a resistor pack with the flex 100? Those may or may not need to be installed in the pir

I didn't think they were 12v cos they run in scb mode and stay lit when power removed from memory , maybe they are lower voltage from bell when 12v is gone from panel
