Has a rx16 address 2 One keypad address 0 or 1 I guess? And a 9954 address 3 It's lost comms to the wired expander struck new one on as system was as is i assumed working but it won't let me access zone 25 onwards? Is this supposed to take Upto 32zones? Triggering the tamper after eng exit dies nothing but will on the radio just for purpose of seeing if it sees it What else? Havnt dealt with this before meaning extra expanders etc

Has anyone used these before for Texecom, I need to purchase a quantity of them, Just wondering if its worth the hassle of third party tags http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/181335249922

Anyone got any copys of the engineer manuals for these systems? Copy of the upload/doenload software would be cool to Registered with them today and changed my password from default once they accepted but now got home and password doesnt seem to be working.

Other than the plus, what else was there? Going to one on monday, need to make sure I have the right manuals. All I could get off the customer was the fact that its a karizma.

I've spoken with 4 engineers this weekend (none of which work for me) and helped them out with issues where they have got stuck and are ready to smash someone's face in with frustration. On all 4 issues, the answer to the problem lies in the manufacturers manual. The reason I knew off the top of my head the issue was I had read it in the book. When I log bugs to the manufacturers the open words of page x of the book says this but actually it doesn't do it is usually met with amazement someone read it which leads me to believe no one reads documentation thoroughly?

We have a company we have recently taken over where I'm getting a bit of pushback from the engineers. For years all this company has installed are Texecom panels, Texecom bells, Texecom detectors and dialler or Dualcom/Redcare gsm. Since we have taken over things have changed a little and they're kicking off about it, especially the panels. The amount of good things I here about this panel you think they worked for Texecom sales. I've no doubt it is all they say but we use what is right for the particular situation which could be a premier (especially radio) but equally it might not. 4i's guys could easily get an ATS, a premier or a galaxy to do a job and don't here any…

Hi, just wondered of anyone has used this TAGWORKS intruder prox fob writer system. Just been given one on the van to make lots of fobs for different intruder alarms and seams to work well. Not sure who makes it.

Anyone done this? How sensitive is Wintex to delays incurred when going over GPRS? Only got a handful of Premiers on Webways but they are all IP/GPRS but have a client who's castle ID has died and easiest solution seems a prem with a ID module.

Hi we have been asked to takeover a install and issue cert and URN for job it was installed by an southern irish company and when I done the survey yesterday it was no way up to scratch and needs lots of contacts and sensors changed to bring up to standards. The panel installed is a HKC 1070 and I'm lead to believe there is two types of firmware Irish and uk. I have the irish version so is it possible to just flash panel or will I needto swap it out? Theres 5-6 expanders on it I could not see any PD6662-2010 markings anywhere.

Why would a vicaliser drop out the broadband when it dials out? Faulty filter or something else? Thought I would let you fix it here first !!!

Hi ok all is well except i having one of those days! Bell forgot name of it its white with a blue oval lens bottom front lol Anyhow it needs NEGATIVE APPLIED on strobe , if i connect the strobe to 0v on panel no problem it works, so the panel only gives me option of positive or negative removed? which isnt the same as negative 0v applied if that makes sense, hence strobe wont work on those conditions what am i doing wrong?
