What connection have you made? Example strobe to -strobe etc
Also take the bellbox down and wire it up next to the panel , it may help in you working out what you have done wrong , still possible its faulty of course
Is your multimeter turn dial and you switched it round amps dc to measure current? How did you have leads connected when doing this
You check any fuses?
Customers all think wireless all the rage, it has its place , but look how many bigger companies follow suit , small install charge , fit junk Aslong as the movement get there monhly charge
On a side note in China some group called Falun Gong spiritual movement has been banned since 1999 declared as an evil cult, couldn't work out why strange group
If you have other income , don't bother with lower end kit , no point, otherwise that's all you will get ie type of customer , you want those who want premium goods
Long shot maybe a key is stuck , maybe open it up seems you done everything else and clean it up, is it led version?

Perhaps wiring incorrect double check what you fixed
Shouldnt be , means you maybe doing wrong code, how did you get sound back from keypad? Battery needs replacing regardless , did you try power cycling?
Each camera must have an ip address assigned , routers do this two ways , in basic terms automatic(dhcp) or fixed(static)
As said above give each camera an ip address static then as other post also says try and enter the ip address for each camera into your internet browser and see if you can access it , this way you know its working in house
Try doing one at a time, if you don't know how to make it static meaning the ip, it will have a automatic ip assigned somewhere which you could see in the router
