I recently saw one of these connected to the intruder alarm but can't remember what brand it was. Does anyone know a manufacturer who makes them?

Anyone have any experiene with these? The data fusion technology sounds really good. But they are a little more expensive then standard sensors. http://www.boschsecurity.co.uk/content/language1/html/509_ENU_XHTML.asp

Can you guys tell me what you normally install in and around peoples homes now days. 1) What NVR / DVR units? 2) What CCTV Software? 3) What IR External Floods? 4) What Internal and external IR Cameras? 5) What Wifi solutions, if any? 6) Power supplies / Poe injectors? Remember im talking home equipment, not super high end expensive corporate stuff (although im aware some home kit is very expensive). I'm looking to install 8 - 16 cameras tops and maybe a couple with audio; so if you can recommend some kit that you've tried and tested that would be wonderful. I need your suggestions fairly sharpish though as I've been told by the local athority to take down my curre…

I have recently started doing a lot more management work and was looking at doing a few courses. In september i looked at a business management course but dont currently have the £1000 required for it. So was looking at this instead as a building block. Do you guys think this will be of any use in a security management position? Which is the way i seem to be heading in my career. https://enrolments.macclesfield.ac.uk/coursedisplay.aspx?CourseInformationID=7963

I have an alarm system with two TS800 remote keypads. On of them has developed a fault with the keys where they don’t always respond unless you press them really hard when the weather is cold. I have a spare TS800 remote keypad but my alarm servicing company refuses to fit it and insists I need a new alarm system – this seems expensive overkill as it’s just a temperature related fault with the keys on the keypad! Please can somebody tell me if I disconnect the existing pad and swap it for the spare, will the alarm systems recognise the new remote keypad or would I need to somehow program it to the alarm control box? Also, the keypad has a tamper switch on it behind t…
