Hi I have a fault on 3 EOL circuits on a new install (my 1st install) the other 16 EOL circuits are perfect 1st time it's a Texecom premier elite 24 with expander and 2 RKP's there are 2 lines (1 door reed 1 PIR) showing tamper 000R to the panel and 1 line (door reed switch) showing >65k from 1 of the RKP (2 of the circuits from the 2nd RKP are working perfectly) they all show 4k690 when they are active but showing tamper fault when the door closed/ nothing setting off the PIR 1 of the reed switch lines from the RKP briefly says secure 2k180 after the door is closed but returns back to tamper >65k after half a second …

Hi, I am new to the forum. Ever since I installed Home Control + app to my phone, I have had this ongoing, sporadic issue; when I go to log in, this message appears: "system is not polling to the cloud", or it will say "no internet connection". Obviously, I am then unable to log in. As I said, this happens sporadically, as I can sometimes use the app.Can anyone tell me where I am going wrong?Thanks in advance! Gav

Hi i have visonic pm30 panel with expander card and trying to connect a pyronix deltabell (using the light box face) i have got some info on expander and sounder connection, so far when i power it on with bell lid open it light up ok soon as i close the tamper on bell the bell go off (panel is ok and other wirless bell is ok) . i have closed the tamper and fault connection on bell just to try and stop it going off (was only going to wiring the tamper to z29 with resistor once bell is stable) any help or pointer woulds be greatfull. thanks

Having picked up a Yale HSA3500 unit in a garage sale I need to reset the PIN. I have worked out how to bring up the factory reset, but I can’t work out how I enter the code shown as there are no letters on the keypad. Can someone help me out please.

Good morning. I have managed to hard wire the above kit. However if I put the Deltabell in to tamper triggering the microswitch the bell sounds and strobe works but no warning is displayed on the panel. Is this normal?

Hi There I have an old DIY A1 Omnicron alarm. Set the alarm as usual and left house (zone 2 deliberately omitted). On return confronted by the following image with 3 zones all illuminated and key pad non responsive. Unable to press keypad and no tones sounding. Any advise much appreciated. thanks Allan

Hi so I got the Deltabell and tried to wire it to the Enforcer panel. The problem I have is that when I arm the panel the Deltabell goes off! Please would someone advise me how to wire it including where the jumpers should be. I've set the jumper to SCB mode not sure about the rest. Thanks

Hi. I am updating my alarm system to a Pyronics enforcer wireless wifi enabled setup. I have the wireless bell module paired to the system but want to wire in my Honeywell AG6 bell to the panel. Can someone help with wiring detail's? I have set up the panel with no problems and the App works fine for me currently testing it on my bench before final installation. Thanks

Hi all, I have a Risco Agility 3 system (I know, I know!) and would like to add a 2nd keypad near the back door. Either the LCD one or the slim one. Am happy to install it and configure it myself, so looking for a supply only. Looked online, but not many places sell to the public. Any ideas? Cheers!

Hi All, I have a texecom priemer elite 48 richocet setup, I had a com gsm device before but i upgraded my Version to v4.0.3 today with the flasher card Tried programming the as per in manual with smart com when completing step Enable texecom Connect App- keep getting error. " inncorrect config CALL TERMINATED" Any help would be appreciated Thanks Manjit

Hi I'm trying to reset the engineer code on a Texecom Premier Elite. I can see this can be done by shorting the reset pins while the control board is powered. I don't obviously have the engineer code at the moment. If I take the box lid off to get at the control board without being in engineer mode (but with the system disarmed), will the external bell sound please? I'm trying not to annoy the neighbours! I can see from another post that the tamper alarms are "internal" alarms, but the user in that post had the engineer code. Thanks.

I have installed the alarm and programed including adding a smartcom wifi. My question is, currently i have all my pirs assigned to one zone. If I want to part arm the system at night, thereby not having upstairs pirs active, how do i do this in programming . I am using wintex. Is it to do with ticking part emit 1 on those sensors?

If i would like a prox tag for one user, so that they just show the prox to reader to arm and disarm without any further need to do anything, does under user- enable "auto yes" have to be selected, is that what this is for? Currently I have to show it twice to arm and twice to disarm
