Ip1 to trig on panel I can't work out your pictures lol you only need to look at bell connections on ala panel and inputs on the dialler if everything else is connected ok
As James said , take all the triggers off , and as I said before , your using the set terminal which is a hassle on a dialler

Because battery backup has failed , as you probably don't bother servicing it each year , but that's the case with alloy of things really , meaning the general population
So it means it was correct in first place
What is your trigger connected to?
I think you have trigger on the set terminal when it should be connected to the bell - minus trigger , it will dial when bell triggers
Scrap the dialler or swap it for GSM or something
What panel are you fitting this to and what dialler are you using
The inforna dialler should mostly work out of the box , when unused fit allot never had to invert anything but can't remember now lol
Battery pack inside panel probably needs doing to , you have to open panel let it hang from a few wires and hope for the best , it's not best of designs
