  1. Where is the site? Give us a shout if you're still stuck. As norm said, link out all safety and see if it closes, if it does bell out each pair until you find the open circuit.
  2. As James, new battery at that age. If that does not clear the fault then you can try the monitor hardware, think its a local setting, not sure its in a wintex menu.
  3. No of course, but I assume the OP is not brain dead. This has happened to me more than once after swapping a battery after a long mains fail. Tech know about the issue.
  4. Maybe not. The prem has a bit of a bug, go into 'Monitor Hardware' and turn off Battery monitoring and exit engineer, it should now be clear of the fault. Now enter engineer and turn battery monitoring back on. Should work.
  5. We have 2 G4's going in next week if you want me to test one James.

    What is this James?
  7. Why not go for a cheap dialler or cctv relay (if they have it).
  8. HI alterEGO i was wondering if you could help me im after a few C&K 700L keypads? i see from the forum you maybe able to help?

  9. Daft however you look at it IMO. ie. selling gear to public or installing equipment you don't support. Or it could be a pro company with coms contract and customer is after a free reset on here we would never know.
  10. IMO the more we do, the less we have. There will no longer be a security installation company and it will become more grey then ever.
  11. is thinking, time to go back on the tools???

We've got 2, but obviously they don't work too well It's improved since this photo was taken. I find they tend to work a little better when they leave the car/van.
