Hi, as Norman said but you have to be in manager mode to change the user code, page 13 read it again please, read bit about selecting user to change its code whilst in manager mode

I suppose allot to do with location and perhaps being able to switch at each point, then still asbove one Dvr , a switch , or loop through monitors instead of tv's , lots of good ideas above! More detail perhaps needed

Check user attributes perhaps But you confused matters, earlier you said after an alarm it wont unset, or you mean wont unset in general

Informa will dial without a filter but worth a try , maybe you can also check the polarity if itvm helps

Doesnt the managers password allow you to change the user password level?

Still no luck with what? I thought it was dialling and calling you with only problem being the tone in tandem Question, does it ring your mobile? The informa , if yes no need to open the main panel, it has to be the dialled Question, do you mean the informa is "dialling" but you mean tries to dial and as it does so the engaged tone comes up? The informa starts playing the message as soon as it starts dialling that's normal for it So same question when you say it dials, does it actually get your mobile to ring? If not then as I said before your getting an engaged tone when informa is dialling out and has to be to do with the line Ok I think reading over you mean the informa performs the dialling operations but does NOT actually dial out because the line is not allowing you to dial out, engaged tone means line restrict for some reason Inability to dial landline numbers means your line is restricted to incmoning only, please read over this thread again

Even with 9651 you can add a sounder or second keypad upstairs although hallway speaker you should hear to, your better off with the 9751 , as later if you expand the system easier and less hassle

So basically the informa calls you when the alarm activates and works with the addition of a beep or extra tone in tandem with message I assume you tried deleting and recording new messages again? Incase that is corrupt somehow? I got confused because of title ie "not dialling"

side point is your new provider restricting your calls ie incoming only hence wont actually dial out to anything? so you might to check that

So to me it sounds as if there is no dial tone on the informa or it isnt seeing the dial tone, i assume your phone is a standard phone? or is it an ip phone connected to the router? which might make sense why that wil still work, if thats the case what happens if you plug in a standard phone might be wrong but inof didnt add up above unless i read it wrong

How much is this all costing you, just thought other panels do a better job at same cost

ok are you saying when you turn of the mains the outside or internal bell starts ringing? battery you mean internal battery? Just turn power off and remove the external or internal bell, or get an alarm company into to do it for you, they probably can service it and get it going for you possibly PS because battery is dead its quite normal for the bell to ring because the bell still holding power even without power from panel

I have seen that on startup not sure why, but it shouldn't occur again once your setup and running, It may occur if you default the system aswell

Only issue with the texeco m dialled if for any reason bell signal drops it will stop dialling so better to connect to something that will only reset with code or tag, ie strobe or another intruder output , I suppose its only if it didn't get hold of anyone within the bell time but I found it better to avoid the bell output with this dialler if it's set to code Or reset to stop signalling , or its another dialled your talking about
