IIRC they require pull up resistors for the bell trigger, when absent or wrong value its sounds when you close the tamper.

you press the open padlock & its sets level b ? Did I already ask if you are in IT ? I assume rkp is in all area's & you have level setting selected ?

The main posters on the board are career alarm men... As a guess your IT or do something with doing up / renting property ?
