Texecom Cloud

Featured Replies

Hi

Has anyone used the new Texecom Cloud Services yet?

They seem to be priced a little high in my view!

I don't see an issue for charging for that service either, it's not like there aren't other options for remote on Texe. JL has said on here that other services will stay the same this is addition

It does indeed, but it's a very high price to pay when everyone else doesn't charge! It's a risky business strategy especially as their equipment offers no more than others

iirc its only for the udl etc cant remember how much it is

The gold membership is £600 a year plus £5 for every system on it over 10 systems!

I'm guessing they will pull wintex to force people to use it

Be serious it's gold membership for a reason , problem here is your not installing enough

Remember risky risco used offer stuff free ending up charging

And texe still has free services for your house bashing level all good eh

i really can't see why a service cannot be charged for. Most apps are charged, there needs to be income to pay for the backend etc, i myself don't do much for free

I didn't say it shouldn't be charged for, all I'm saying is it's expensive especially as there's free alternatives.

In fact, it doesn't really do anything more than what was already available.
