  1. The Manual listed in the downloads don't download, IIRC the mercury abi had an lcd keypad 250 time & date log & was EOL 4k7 / 2k2 metal one might had a stu foorpint too... I'd rip it out & stamp on it as it will be 20+ years old

  3. Here's a crazy idea.... why not power down your knacked alarm ?

Rated at 1.7ah -110mA for the main pcb -140mA 4 PC5108 1450mA left for the radio expander(s) detection & sounders.... ect ? what voltage do you have at the expender which plays up have you swapped the expander with one which does not play up & addressed it & fitted in the place of the one which does play up ?
  5. DSC control weren't very poplar in the UK... The git hub thing looks interesting. Personally I'd put every part of the alarm system controls onto to a bench, all circuit linked with resistors & see if it plays up ? As you doing something daft like thinking the alarm control panel is meant to power every single item of the system ?

  11. I've only been for work, couple of jobs in Edinburgh & one a along time ago in in Ardrossan, I'm from Hull.... which is Fcuk all to be proud of.... 80 odd years later where still redeveloping WW2 bombsites.
  12. remove battery green ac light will stop flashing.... if so replace failed battery
  13. lets guess at 25 years old ? if there is no voltage at the keypad check the fuses if there is voltage at the keypad get your hand in you pocket & buy new controls...
  14. OP, see many of these out & about.... your 9450 is about the same age
  15. buy a bit of box section ali & screw it to the door, screw the z bracket or l bracket to it ? you can buy box section caps of ebay if needed ??
  16. some get good advice. most don't.... @GrahamB remove your knacked battery, power the main down without electrocuting yourself.... apply mains power only & chances are the alarm with start with control of the keypad
