  1. a switched mode psu = premier elite a transformer = premier with the large circuit board with 8 zones fully populated = 168 network 2 missing = 88 network 2 missing + relay & outputs missing = 48 it says "professional" on my van..... caveat emptor ?
  2. Walk up to callpoint, whack it on the side a number of times with a screwdriver handle, does it go off ? Every callpoint removed from site needs testing for 28 days or whatever at your premises to ensure it's a strange site rather than faulty devices What's different about match days ? Is the heating on or are loads of fatties jumping up & down when a goal is scored ?

  15. problem could be cable, device or controls ? cable - measure it from the zone used (controls, expander or keypad) check the terminations at device, zone & any joint box ect... device - either wired up wrong, set up wrong, effected by the environment eg- this unit senses vibration of the back door slamming (or whatever ?) , or you might have a duff item controls - the zone could be fcuk'd ? That's the best my Psychic abilities can offer....
  16. okay, I had issues with the programming syncing via the cloud & not reflecting the latest change I'd firmware upgrade it with temporary smartcom or pull the pcb & replace the pcb ?
