Follow the instruction in the manual, if test call fails try changing polling time to 1 min, wait 10 mins then see if this has changed to 15.
If yes, test should work, if no something is not setup correctly.
So with Auto Part Arm set on for Area A you still have an issue?
Have you set the Area Arming Mode to Entry/Exit.
I believe it uses to Exit Timer to decide when to Part Arm.
Sort of, you can also disable the user menu separately.
Auto Yes will press Yes automatically to any action after a a valid user code/fob.
There is a separate user menu flag to disable the user menu for standard users.
A wireless expander has nothing to do with WiFi. but is an expensive option for what you need.
As an aside there is little point in switching your WiFi off you are possibly stopping equipment in your home from updating etc.
Have you tried it with Auto Part Arm on? If you can't get Auto Part Arm to work you will have to switch off Auto Yes on the fobs to use the part set.
You could switch on Auto Part Arm, but I have had mixed results with it and not used it in a while.
This means that sensor (Landing) will be Omitted while Part Arm 1 is active.
From your uploaded pictures I can't see anything else that needs changing.
I fail to see the need to blank out the other zones.
This is a Premier Elite 24 so fairly new.
All you need is to check Part 1 Omit on Landing save to panel and then use Code, Part and Yes to arm for bed.
It's not released but I believe the new app will need no setup at the panel end if you have setup the panel correctly.
The ARC lines are where you put the push server numbers as listed in your COM-IP instruction book.

Read up about port scanners like nmap or there are web ones.
I believe you will be able to copy the setup details into the new app and job done.
The app maybe be more flaky if the COM-IP can't connect to the web.
Make sure you have correctly followed ALL the instructions for the COM-IP they are tricky to setup for some, I know "engineers" that struggle with them.
Use SIA and SIA Text for ARC config for best push results.
I can see you have one point on your license, so maybe cool it on the Rolf Harris jokes for a bit...
Oh and congrats on bumping a thread about a web pin map service that died a decade ago. Top Marks.
I am thinking of setting up a 090 technical number, what do you reckon Al?...
Anyway, how you program this would be dependant on a front door contact.
You haven't mentioned if you have one so Hall will be Entry and Landing would be off in part set.
In this configuration you can walk about on the landing and then the timer will start upon entering the hall. This would also be the same if a burglar entered the hall BTW.
Have you installed you own system or are you just querying if it's possible for an installer to do?
We are also assuming you have a Texecom Premier 24 from your username but you haven't actually named what panel or how old it is.
Grade 3 specification have extra requirements for higher risk sites.
The bells are also designed to work with other manufacturers kit, so extra tamper terminals are provided on Grade 3 boxes if you need trigger wire monitoring and all that jazz.
I can only assume you mean the "AUX TAMP", this will need to be closed if you are not using it for axillary equipment.
Tamper protection is an important part of alarm systems, linking any "bell tamper" that is used will stop the alarm triggering if the bell is attacked.
Why has this got complicated while I was away?
Sticking 5 wires in like for like terminals, close lid, watch standby LED's change to indicate lid closed correctly, ladders on van...
