  1. Standard connections I would strap to pipes house bash , I don't like those awful conduit some put round front of houses better to hide otherways where possible
  2. That was my point , few of you have problems , and it's a website issue which isn't going to go away just like the issue with Samsung and O2 DVRs etc and others Some products are not that well designed just my opinion when it comes to using apps , they just going to run into problems But you lose the vpn when they do an update or lose the settings it seems Maybe op just needs to use DMZ lol
  3. Yes man Plenty of burglaries taking place with ring , easy to know your not home and some don't give a monkies if they get the image of there face or not , they simply break in take what they want Ring ring ring doorbell to the rescue
  4. See this is the one, so many I ask y not alarm first (even tho more margin if I get the CCTV) I push them to take alarm something makes noise so they more panicked to leave without the recorder if they can find it
  5. It's a texe problem dude , how many times you here of panels having problems Yea you got swb who can sort problems out probably easier than most but the texe products for general coms are not well made hence there firmware updates Sounds good lol
  6. But you can get this on some recorders let's s at basic him which will backup short snaps to one drive Why why are you all Muppets going on about ring ring ring Basically it's cheap DIY , which some are putting in as if they are some kind of trader of CCTV for devices which are DIY Be serious , ring is a door bell with a camera and flood light with a camera they make money from Muppets who want cheap which is fine because that's why it's a DIY product
  7. Seriously no other cable.modem will work? But that's there issue even in old days , to stop people just connecting everything is split on coax so you have to have there box I would say it's a smartcom poor design issue , not being able to find pin holes correctly makes nonsense But this is standard for texe on the coms side of there own equipment
  8. I assume there's no alternative to the virgin router? And no way to block the updates ? You can't save the config file ? And then upload when it goes wrong or something?
  9. Ok I get you So upto 800m no device in-between?
  10. Ok but nothing others can't do right ?
  11. With the risk of making them into bricks , just find the hikvision model and firmware and try it If it works then fine other you can use as paper weights for desk
  12. There's nothing special your showing here with repeaters and coax lol
  13. No good for the enforcer as it doesn't have scb mode , get a better bell for extra tenner Apart from that look at zone and bell on manual and your done
  14. Members are very helpful for people who want everything free , in there own time , waiting for op to do something and say what the errors are Remember you could be anyone trying to compromise someone else's system, it's a shame so many are to helpful in my.opinion Happy reprogramming
  15. How much it costs to flash? Just wondering you got help to flash but no one can help to default But never mind atleast you got it to work and your insurers can have a laugh , Sweden regs must be strange , but on other hand sounds like what the world will be doing when mostly DIY products take over
  16. He deals in gold , poor human Atleast we know the subs in Sweden are just bad as in UK

The speech dialler has a Negative Positive Trigger Phone connections As a basic Negative to negative Positive to 12v+ aux Trigger can connect to the bell trigger which you may need to setup on the v2tel side after Phone connections to 2&5 of your extension socket , not the master side will be easiest for you Although if you got opportunity to return the dialler and get a GSM version you maybe better off future wise
  18. Yes £350 expensive But I never said goto the original installer Lol flash away
  19. Have you tried updating your firmware and then doing a cold start , and so on Seems like allot of hassle on texe equipment or you need to update the smart com Uninstall smartcom , reinstall , update firmware Just guessing for you untill someone like swb can help perhaps
  20. Forum rules mean I can't I am afraid , I signed up to it , so it's in the blood , the tsi clergy will send the Boyz round from hull , they don't fight fair either Anyhow back to reality Any reason you won't pay engineer small amount to do it for you?
  21. Ok so think about it , if moving a sensor across clears the fault them you don't need to do much to put a resistor of correct value on 1002 to keep fault clear , even if it was a trailing wire with both resistors connected soldered This is all house bash moves as we say , ultimately you need engineer code It would be worthwhile calling a private engineer asking him to default the codes for you and then your done , that way some dust can come off your wallet and cobwebs can be removed from your stash , spider season is over
  22. So if you move 1004 to 1002 does it clear 1002? If so you know what to do , get another PIR Or enter engineer mode (which your post was removed quite rightly earlier ) Default your codes which we can't help you with , but you weren't far off from getting it done , probably just read something wrong Then set 1002 as spare
  23. Can't be 110 needs to be 1k I thought Unless your saying all the zones set up that way
