The door chime has stopped working, checked the alarm system and it is activated, how do I check the sensors ?

There's a chime in off , maybe you switched  on off

 

And I assume when you set alarm, coming back in does start the entry timer?

Clinic alarm is set and chime noise can be activated for other sensors, for some reason door chime has stopped, system working otherwise

What happens if other sensors have no chime and you set doorn chime on and off  

device,

cable,

or the controls

So the door is main door and when you open it , it starts the entry timer without you having to walk in?

Reactivated it using a magnet !!! Strange but true !!

the reeds sticking,

 

its a tiny glass tube, age / temperature changes, door slamming the gas escapes & it sticks

 

eventually it will fail open or closed

 

replace the contact

 

I assume business is on its arse ?

 

However if you have the £'s I say replace it with a proper one ?
