Probably eng reset on tamper A cr123 from risco is going to cost a lot more than £2 Setting & unsetting a one way radio has no effect on sensor battery life The sub wanted to recover the cost of the alarm repair from the electric co. or builder, the documentation from the alarm co. prevents this -

I'd expect a small radio system, fully comp with an app to a little less than your figure. However I'm in the North of England If your in the South or have proper monitoring your figure sounds okay or maybe even cheap... Running a co. is expensive, £15 per month is unlikely to make many millionaires

If your taking about sex nuts in the surgery expect a tribunal ..... Sexnuts- A long female connector with a domed head on the outside of the door, which takes the set screw that holds the plate on. This the std fixing which is in carboard box with the maglock However you can buy an optional plate housing to avoid having a dome fasting on the door

I suspect Yale will sell thousands of their shit alarms a week, A proper house alarm can be had for roughly the monthly payment of Range Rover... oddly expensive cars parked outside houses with shit alarms is far from uncommon My personal fav was rs4 & powermax comprising of 2 door contacts
