So with Auto Part Arm set on for Area A you still have an issue?

Have you set the Area Arming Mode to Entry/Exit.

I believe it uses to Exit Timer to decide when to Part Arm.

    You could check the "Quick Arm is On" in the keypad options menu. With the landing PIR attribute "Part 1 Omit" checked. Then you can part set by pressing Part then Yes on the keypad without using a ta

Mrhappy and Sixwheeledbeast - I'm really sorry guys, but you'll have to be very specific for a dummy like me.  What screenshot are each of you referring to and what options do I need to enable/disable?
