I'd agree, the fact that over 95% of our returns are no fault found backs this up. Been like it for years, every job I have had it's been pretty much the same. IIRC a good few % cheaper than CSD Professional (yes that long ago) They where going to stop stocking them as they had lots of returned items & could not understand why we never sent any back...
