I would very much doubt a grade 1 cert.

I would say then all the "nacoss gold is best and inspected to the top is a load of nonsense.

I spend a fair amount of time in the US and their installs even make ADT's over here look brilliant. Shocking how they allow Danny DIY to do a pros job and still get central station monitoring and response.
