    Banham is just a trader security supplier do all sorts What are they actually installing ? They also install the enforcer which will dooooo your head in eventually

    Yes as above They must have stuff you can play around with in spare time If you can source an addressable and standard panel you will be off to a good start Although I still believe a basic electronics course of sorts will help you aswell I still get half the stuff that goes on , have to sometimes do things repeatedly and experiment to make it work But some products are basically stoopid

    Is there not two zones on the thing? Make them into tampers But makes sense what you say To be fair no one gives a flying..... On external bells ,when they are in and door is closed you don't hear much , internal sounders are important

    Usually on the outer terminals A leg one A T T leg two Something like that And the fsl has two choices of values in the menu of the alarm panel I think, unless newer versions give more options

    Reading back a bit more not sure what you mean by star or series You just want the pirs on individual circuits and fsl and get whatever you need if another board is required Or get rid of smart phone and get. Basic phone ( JW advice) and buy a dog (Mr H advice)

    TR is tamper return It's linked to 0v as you take the link off to wire it to the bell box Op1,2,3 ususally the bell and Strobe and something else I think

    To much mixed up to read lol Yeah use wago in the power Reading bits and bobs Set zone type to fsl or something like that then it's two wires only to the alarm and tamper terminals and two wires for power nothing more

    Doesn't come with the panel? As he said he changed whole panel I wonder now.....

    What's the mains fault delay set to? Can you change it on this panel ? Maybe change to maximum, might not be much but enough , I can't see you log clearly so don't see how long or quick it restores Mr Happy is the resident enforcer stalking expert here

    Is enforcer only panel you have ? Seems to me it's electrical problem and the panel is picking up on it

    I would be contacting the electric company to log the voltage and ask them why it's dropping out , they have equipment for this Maybe something in the building is dropping it out ? Hence I thought maybe if you have a pattern on the mains failures , new panel means you don't have the log for the old one ? Changing panel proves it's not you , client invoice also getting ready right? Lol side point that

    Is that the only mains fail? Or you made a list? And do you have any kind of voltage logger?for mains

    Ion40 app is still free I think , pretty sure you can setup your own account , give it a go If choosing over enforcer then any wireless alarm will do right ?

    Btw snake gave a link advertising unique serial numbers they cheap light plastic tags but will do the job

    This is normal for some selling and installing them on eaton, if you want individual serial numbers you need to tell them or pay someone or supplier more perhaps to have this , as in either bulk purchase or individual originals which cost more
