  1. No need for quick sketches I found the fault it's one of Mr H's refurb , seriously H get someone to help yourself out man
  2. What was original fault? Meaning what was it reporting when going off? May just have been the battery

Me neither , perhaps a bit more detail of the system, assuming your in the u.k this is a trade supplied only alarm, how far are pirs from panel , how many devices , is it reporting one device problem or a general issue , is there any reason installer cannot look at log for you? As you may have a maintenance contract? Seeing as your app is on contract Or as above if you have the app etc , perhaps a picture of the log would be good

  10. Hkc just to easy , all on site after first few trials, software very quick and easy to follow to make quick adjustments

  12. So it's not a user code your using buy managers or engineers 16ohm sounder , is a speaker , across 12vs will short the panel and perhaps blow speaker , it goes to speaker terminals if the panel has them

Actually hook it up and enroll the devices on the bench and get used to the menus and see how it all works Then simply delete all devices or better default the panel and do it all on site , that way you don't have to scratch your head so much on site as you will have got used to it a bit Hence default panel once you played with it a bit

  18. Example I do the really know him but Samsung has a couple of protocols and wrong settings can make the menu skip UART settings etc , if that's the right word so thought maybe as a remote device controller that's why it was doing that , as on the cam it will always work

  24. Galaxy with Hkc wireless and mixture of bells if it could work together with Hkc software with a few mods , And of course some texecom firmware updates should do the trick
