  4. Yes rear tamper switch , do you have pebble dash etc on the wall, or bell box is mounted on an uneven surface , the only way you can adjust it is by bending the metal switch lever , but you have to be careful when mount back so it's tip isn't catch the wall as it should be still be flattish against the wall Some bell box's have an adjustment screw , I am sure this doesn't No dont disable tamper , pointless having the box then , just fix how it's mounted The side screw is what pushes the switch

  9. Anything else I wouldn't bother , does your panel support contact ID dtmf ? All depends how complicated you want it to be Doesn't sound as if any maintenance or monitoring involved geezer, otherwise cost would be the issue or using gsm unit that will have a payasyougo SIM that will run out lol
  10. Otherwise most of them are rubbish, this will do you as a basic unit I have used quite a few https://www.adventcontrols.co.uk/collections/gsm-alarm-dialers/products/gsm-alarm-auto-dialer-sms-sender-6-channel-remote-voltage-measurement-monitoring
  11. Same situation , most residential customers never service there alarms and don't pay to have it fixed , same as your car , you can go from mechanic to mechanic but you end having to pay as you can't fix the car, the alarm is just an alarm simple eh? How come you havnt figured out the basics your asking yet? £60 is cheap for him just to come out to you, let alone try and fix it , you mean you want someone to spend time working on your system and not pay for any diagnosis Most residential are the same although seems commercial are catching up Eh? I don't advertise , where does a blagger like me fit it in then
