Phone CS to be told " EDF like to make sure as responsible suppliers (from that alone you know its going to be BS) we don't let you get to far behind". I explain i noticed i'm nearly £400.00 in credit at the time, to get "our computers work out the budget payment based on usage updated each month, you have only been with us just over 18 months".. long story short (for a change ), reduced the payments back to £70.00 stating i'll make up any short falls as needed. so last month they jack £15.00 it up again, don't ask as instructed, to £85 pcm, ok, we …

If TSI were to launch a free software management system would it be used. ie service shedules, customer data etc. What im thinking is to do a free one with all the basics covered than maybe option packs like job costing or mobile callout forms. The basic principle would be that the data would be stored on a secure server so there would be no backups to worry about, the system could be used from any system we write a client for, ie pocket pc, windows etc (to start with windows only) and as no data would be stored on the device there would be no risk of client data leaking etc. It would be a only available to trade members etc. Early days as i started something like th…

Security expert Jonathan Lim told Sky News: "Burglars are analysing what's going on. "They can see people's status updates, with people on Twitter saying 'I'm away on holiday having a great time'. If they know where you live it's lik…
