I am trying to locate an FAI SGII engineer in the Wokingham/Winnersh region of the UK. I spoke to this chap (who I think is an ex-employee of FAI) about 18 months ago as I was purchasing a property with an existing system. Hi. I've just moved house and have inherited an SL Compact alarm which is installed. Does anyone have a user manual as I'm stuck with the previous owners code that I can't change and settings which don't allow me to change the entry/exit route. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi guys, I am new here although I work in the security industry myself so I know the problems that can occurr with alarm systems. I have just moved to a new property with an ATG MX48 installed. my wife inadvertantly entered the wrong code, forgetting it was not as our previous code. the system tells me it requires an engineer but, the guy who used to look after the system (years ago) is no longer around so we have no engineer code to reset the system or engineer manual. Is there a way to do a full factory reset on this system and start again? as the engineers I've contacted so far do not know the system due to its age. Grateful for any info Regards EB2

Hi I'm new to this site because I have a problem I can't / but should be able to, solve Why doesn't my USER MANUAL tell me 1. how to re-set the exit / entry time and 2. re-enable the chime tone to a zone without having to contact the installer As my system can be readily bought over the Internet I assume ALL fitting, installation, maintenance, re-setting etc. information would be included in the 'box' !!!! Why can't somebody give me this info, I inherited the Alarm System so don't have ALL the documentation ???? IT'S NOT ENGINEER MANUAL ''STUFF'' SURELY??????

I have recently moved into a house that has a Concept 6 alarm system. I know what the code is, but there's no insctructions on how to set, unset or completely disable (something I'm keen to do, as I have a cat who would set it off in the day!). Done anyone have a user manual?
