Hi all first post and a couple of questions if anyone can help. I have just moved house and have an SL compact alarm and Dialler fitted.There was no manual left but I managed to get one from here and change the code (thanks ) Anyway the problem with the dialler is two fold, It still operates from the old code so I would like to change it to keep both codes the same, but I also need to change the numbers it contacts when the alarm triggers. Is there a manual around that can show me the code and mobile change procedures? Also I am having a real problem getting broadband due to an unsuitable product on the line could this be caused by the dialler? thanks

Hi all, I need some help if possible, about 4 years ago I fitted an SL compact alarm with remote key pad and an SL dialler. The problem I have is I've lost the manuals for this equipment. My alarm was activated and the dialler rang me but I have forgotten the code sequence to deactivate it over the phone. Can anyone help with this please? Stu

I have come across a Fire Panel with a "Power Fault" this panel has: CODE ALT 514" on the front. Does anyone know the make of this panel or heard of it.... As i could do with a user manual ( for my customer..) Thanks.

i have fitted a premier 48 panel and need some help set up the panel output to drive 12 v relays conected to flood lights 1 have all relay up and running and now need to program the outputs. so that any zone entered will switch on the outputs . but before the alarm goes active there is a total of 18 zones i have set 1 zone as entey / exit (delay 30 seconds) and the rest of them are set to guard what is the best setting to use i have looked at setting the output to entey/ exit but only works on 1 zone also i tried setting it to the output to alarm but it will not switch relays on the entry zones unless the entey timer ends. please help me thanks

I just moved into an apartment building where there is a Terraneo door entry system. There are two ringers, outside, and in the hallway. The outside ringer produces a very long, loud ringing tone, while the one in the hallway produces a much more pleasant single short tone. Any clues as to whether I can rewire the unit to change the outside tone? Even something as simple as changing it to the same tone as the hallway tone? Details: Terraneo 601CEWS entry unit, white with a single black entry button on lower right. Black cord to a white and black handset.

I just bought a house that has an Aritech alarm, The alarm is about 8 yrs old! I would like to change the pin code and find out more about the alarm features. But the previous owner didn't have any manuals. To make things even worse I don't know the model number. On the box it states HORIZON ARITECH. I tried to open the control box so i could find some more information, but this just sets off the alarm. First i need to find the model number then i need the manual. (easier said then done) In the meantime i'll keep looking? Could any one give advice about my situation?

Has anybody the installation and user manuals for an ESP Infinate control panel. A neighbour has just died taking all the numbers with them. I need to fully re-programme the systm from scratch or ditch the whole lot... My preference would be to ditch and install new, but apparently the panel is quite new and the installer has gone out of business.. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated Many thanks Paul

Hiya, We've just recently moved into a house with a homeguard scopetronic alarm system fitted. We've no manual for it and I was wondering if anyone out there might be able to help us. Also my mate was fiddling around with it yesterday trying to isolate zones (I'm not sure exactly what he pressed) but now we can't set the alarm. When I input the code it flashes "U A 2" and nothing happens. Can anyone out there please help? we're going away next week and would feel an awful lot better if the alarm could be set. Thanks!
