Hello everyone i move into my current hose 4 months ago and i have been using the SL compact alarm system until now the tamper light on and we can not use the system , i dont have any contact details of the installers niether do i have the manuals . can any body please help with the manual or a contact number of an installer that can fix the problem

Hi I am having issues with our SL compact. It just beeps once every 5 seconds (roughly) and does not work (it did until recently). We have just bought the house and never had a alarm before so not sure if I've pressed the wrong button or something. Any help would be much appreciated. keewee

Hi All Can anyone please help me? I either need a manual for my alarm proccessor "optimaxl6" or some advice. My problem started like this!!!!! The other day my upstairs lighting circuit fuse blew, being a saturday night and no shops open i was unable to purchase fuse wire. you know how it is you can never find any when you want some and being on 12 hr day shifts was not able to get to the DIY store to get replacements. This in itself was not a problem BUT what i did not know was that my proccessor panel was fed from this circuit, then 24hrs later when the battery died the bell box outside started singing. I changed the fuse but even thought the alarm panel came aliv…

can anyone help ? a customer of mine has moved into a new shop, she has the code to set and unset her alarm, but needs the master code to switch on the chime facility,(apparently), the previous owner will not give her these.we also need an installation manual, we only have user instuctions. i am not up to date with this panel as most of my work is electrical installation, so any help would be appreciated, even if someone local in stoke can come and put it right for her, The panel is a Honeywell accord. regards dave

I am an electrical contractor, I was sent to 2 blocks of flats by a door company to install the wiring on new main doors to both blocks of flats. The existing system was 12V AC but new door electric door releases were 12VDC. The doors came with 12V DC transformer which I wired through a 12VAC relay. The existing signal to original door release being 12VAC now switches my relay which in turn brings in new 12V DC supply to doors therefore opening them. First door worked no problem but second door ( these are 2 seperate systems both Terraneo ) has lost the original 12VAC signal when access switches are activated. Hi all, I Have looked everywhere trying to get hold of a user manual for a 16 channel DVR. The unit logo is, "a-data" and the model number is simply "16 channel stand alone DVR" It has a Cd writer, 1 monitor output, alarm inputs, rs 232/485 port, ethernet port, and is powered by a separate 12volt 5 amp psu. Thats all the info i can give you guys, apart from it being about 4-5 years old. hope someone can help.
