I've always rated Dell myself. Never had an issue at MOD and that was 100% Dell, and we had to look after a lot of it ourselves in our dept.

Son has a great dell machine, they sent 2 by mistake so they are ok in my book

Yep, I rate Dell gear.

I build my own desktops but laptops I would get a Dell again.

i build servers but buy dell desktops. surfaces heavy mobile, tosh's for the mobile
