  1. you will need to enter your code after powering it back up. Or press reset im unsure. But if you have faults it wont let you reset it till the faults are cleared, ie dont exist anymore

  12. Normally you would disarm during entry time. Bear in mind most alarms are false are user error, sending the entry fault / fail to disarm in time makes sense
  13. Cos it's a timeout it's telling you. If you read the log it will give you the order

  19. Agreed. I have an app that does this, custom seed based on contract number. App needs authority to load etc so fully controlled. Also can only do 3 codes an hour
  20. in that case id advise they look into that, agreed it makes sense but its far from it
